What type of transfers do you specialise in?

We specialise in airport transfers; however, we provide other transfers as well. Please book your journey on our website or call our reservations line on +44 790 0857 887 or +44 778 8270 020 to tell us where and when you want to travel and we will drive you there. We have many different types of vehicles, depending on the number of passengers travelling and the luggage they are carrying.

We arrive very late at night / early in the morning. Will you still send a driver to pick us up?

Yes, we operate a 24-hour service, so your driver will wait for you no matter how late or early you arrive.

What if I cannot find my driver?

Please call our 24-hour support line on +44 790 0857 887 or +44 778 8270 020  quoting your reference number or your full name and we will be happy to help.

Will I be charged more if my flight is delayed?

No, you will not be charged extra. We monitor all flight arrivals and hence dispatch our drivers on the basis of the real-time flight information.

Are your quoted prices fixed prices?

Yes, they are except in certain, rare circumstances, when our driver had to wait longer than the allocated free waiting time.

Do I need to pay in advance?

No, you do not need to pay in advance. You can choose to pay on arrival.

What type of vehicles do you have?

We have access to a vast range of vehicles from saloon cars to 16 seaters buses. You can also have a look on our website by clicking on the section Fleet.

Our flight is scheduled to land at 9am. Since our small children are with us and we also have a lot of luggage, can we book a car for 10am?

No, you cannot book a fixed time for a pick-up from the airport, since your flight could be delayed and land after the time you specified for the pick-up.  All such bookings are linked to the actual landing time and you can specify how long after the landing you would like our driver to pick you up. You will not be charged for that period.

We are travelling with our three small children, a 3-months old baby and twins who are 2 years old. Can you provide car seats for all of them?

Yes, we can. Please specify at the time of your booking the number and type of seats that you need and we will provide them.

Can I smoke in the car?

No, we operate a strict non-smoking policy. Under the UK smoking legislation it is illegal to smoke in any commercial vehicle carrying members of the public.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel your booking. Please contact one of our contact number +44 790 0857 887 or +44 778 8270 020. Cancel by: 72hrs before pickup – Full refund: Get back 100% of what you paid. 24-72hrs before pickup – Partial refund: Get back 75% what you paid. Less then 24hrs before pickup No refund.

Is it more expensive to book a car through you than to get a taxi at the Airport?

No, in fact it is much cheaper to book through us (on average more than 50%).

Where do I meet my driver after landing?

The Meeting Point is specified at the time of your booking and in the email confirmation. Normally, it is the arrivals hall at airports or ports.

What if my flight is delayed / lands early? Will our driver still be there?

We work on the basis of actual arrival times, we monitor all incoming flights and our drivers will know if your flight lands early or if is delayed.

Do your listed prices refer to price per vehicle or per passenger?

Our prices are charged per vehicle booked.

How can I pay for this service?

We accept all major credit cards as payment (credit card payments are subject to a processing fee) or you can pay your driver directly.

Are there any additional costs on top of the quoted price?

There is an extra charge of 0.20 GBP per minute for any waiting time after the specified free period. For diversions, a minimum charge of 5.00 GBP applies. Free 60 minutes wait time for airport pickups, 15 mins for all others.

How much in advance do I need to book my car?

The earlier you book the better. We recommend that you book your journey a soon as possible  (our system accepts bookings up to 48 hours before the planned trip). In case of a last minute booking, it is best to phone +44 790 0857 887 or +44 778 8270 020.

Can I book my car over the telephone rather than online?

Yes, in addition to our simple online booking process, you can also book jour journey by phoning on one of our contact number +44 790 0857 887 or +44 778 8270 020.

Can I make a booking for a larger group of people?

Yes, on our website you can book transfer for groups up to 16 people but we can cater for even bigger groups.

What happens if my flight is cancelled?

Please contact us as soon as possible on +44 790 0857 887 or +44 778 8270 020. Since we monitor all incoming flights, we will not have dispatched a driver.  Your transfer order will be placed on hold and you can re-book your transfer at no extra cost.

What happens if my flight is diverted to another airport?

Please contact us as soon as possible on  +44 790 0857 887 or +44 778 8270 020.  We will only send your driver to the other airport after you (or the passenger, if different) have authorised us to do so. We may charge extra for any additional mileage.

Why can't i choose the option "pay the driver in cash"?

You can’t make payments directly to the drivers, if your pickup location is located outside Sheffield.
